I feel like there was some good advice in here but it is all very generic. There is nothing in this video that will help you get 10,000 followers.

Also, in my opinion, it's a terrible idea to use large hashtags because then your post gets buried in seconds and you have no chance to rank in those hashtags. In my opinion its better to use hashtags relevant to your size, start with hashtags with 10k posts and see if you rank, then work your way up. I'm not an expert but from my experience that's what I think.
